| Tim Allwine manages the resources and directs overall activities for VeriSign's Clearinghouse Services Business Segment. He is responsible for life cycle product management, new product development, strategy development, and operations oversight, for VeriSign's Toll Clearinghouse, Revenue Administration, Payphone Compensation Clearinghouse, and OSS Interconnection services. Allwine is active in ATIS' Ordering and Billing Forum (OBF), WECA, the IEC and other organizations. Mr. Allwine earned B.S. degrees in Accountancy and in Systems Analysis from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and his MBA from the University of Montana. |
