| John Baker, as CEO for Transat Technologies, has over 20 years of management experience in the wireless telecommunications industry with approximately 17 years with GSM-related systems and technology, in which he lead the design of one the world's first GSM Mobile Phones and GSM 1800 Base station. John has held senior positions with ADC Telecommunications where he was President of the Wireless Systems Division specializing in Data and GSM infrastructure equipment, Network Performance Software and SS7 Systems for Wireless Networks, Vice President of Technology for Pacific Bell Wireless, building the GSM 1900 Network in California and Nevada, and Vice President with Nokia leading product management, manufacturing and R&D in the United Kingdom and the startup of the United States operations, for their leading GSM1800/1900 base station product line. |
