| Mr. Barrett has been with the Company since July 2001. Mr. Barrett is 40 years of age, and resides in Toledo, Ohio. In his position of President and Board Member, Mr. Barrett oversees Strategic Direction, Business Development, and Sales & Marketing. Before joining the Company, Mr. Barrett was the Business Development Manager responsible for major account sales for a wholesale Internet access firm. He was also the Business Development Officer from 1996 to 1999 for the Ohio Benefit Group, the state's largest health insurance and employee benefits brokerage firm. In his capacity there, Mr. Barrett was responsible for all projects related to Marketing, Advertising, and Sales and Business Plan Development. From June 1994 to October 1996, Mr. Barrett was the Chairman of the Management Committee for the Wireless Cable Television Associates of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Wireless Cable Television Associates was an MMDS (Multi-channel Multi-point Distribution) company with 1,200 investors. The Company was acquired by CAI Wireless, Inc., a publicly traded company. Mr. Barrett has three years of experience as an Independent Business Contractor, consulting with corporate clients on market and specific Company research, business plan construction, management of merger activity, systems and software design. Most notably, Mr. Barrett consulted with ClearComm, a joint venture with Telefonica Espana, to create Movistar, Puerto Rico's fastest-growing PCS Wireless Company with approximately 200,000 subscribers. Mr. Barrett holds a Bachelor's Degree from Indiana University. He also has a private pilot's license. |
