| Neeraj Bharadwaj joined APAX Partners in 1999 and focuses on wireless/mobile data, security and web services investing in the U.S. He serves on the Boards of Directors of JAMDAT Mobile, Corporate Oxygen, Canesta (Japan) and is actively involved with Oblix. Other investments he has been involved with include Mesh Networks, Wynd (acquired by GoAmerica), Webraska, UPOC and Axeda. Prior to joining APAX, he was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, Inc., where he consulted with wireless, telecommunications and enterprise software clients on a variety of strategic, operational, and organizational issues. Mr. Bharadwaj also has worked at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. Mr. Bharadwaj is a frequent speaker/panelist at conferences and has spoken at Technologic Partners' "Mobile Outlook", SRI's "Global Wireless Summit", EyeforWireless' "Wireless LAN Summit", EIC's "Embedded Internet Conference", "Mobile 2001", etc. He is a Board Member of the Wireless Communications Alliance (WCA) and is a Charter Member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE). Mr. Bharadwaj graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in economics from The Wharton School and in mathematics from the College of Arts and Sciences. At Penn, he was a Ben Franklin Scholar and received the Zweig Fellowship for Financial Research. He also holds an M.B.A. with distinction from the Harvard Business School. |
