At NeTeam Corporation, Mr. Frankel served as VP, Advanced Technology & Chief Strategy Officer. His focus was on analyzing new wireless technology and service product offerings, creating business and technical partnerships with product vendors and network service providers, and developing strategic initiatives with the sales and operations groups.

NeTeam Corporation is a wireless networking technical services company, delivering wireless LAN and WAN consulting, network design and implementation, specialized antenna systems, security tools, and support. NeTeam customers include Key Bank, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, FedEx, The Cleveland Clinic, University of Akron, New York Mercantile Exchange.

Most recently, Mr. Frankel was VP, Systems Technology at Wayport, a leading provider of broadband wired and wireless internet access services for business travelers. There he was responsible for the design and implementation of 802.11b (Wi-Fi)- based wireless LAN systems in major US airports, as well as pre-sales technical support and development of technical partnerships.

Previously Jesse held various management and R&D positions at Telxon, designer and manufacturer of wireless portable application systems and devices. As VP, Strategic Technology Consulting, his group was instrumental in formulating technical sales and mobile system migration strategies for major customers, such as Wal-Mart Stores, Ford, and KLM Airlines, and leading wireless application integration projects with strategic partners. Earlier, he was involved in some of the pioneering work bringing spread spectrum wireless LAN technology into the mainstream for commercial applications, and the design of the first fully integrated wireless handheld mobile computers.

Mr. Frankel holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in physics from Case Western Reserve University.
