Pads will be placed on each chair in the session room on the opening morning of the conference. This is a promotional item that will be used during the day and long after the conference concludes, providing maximum marketing impact. The Notepad Sponsor is solely responsible for creating, producing and delivering the items to the conference location 48 hours prior to the event.
