I$P Report is the newsletter and database of record for IP Network financial data includingm M&A transactions, public company valuations, IPOs and private equity transactions on a monthly basis. Paul has edited and published I$P Report since 1997. Paul has personally visited over 225 independent ISPs and manages analysts, bankers and brokers that have visited another 300 independent ISPs.
