| Roger Wery is a Director in the Worldwide Telecommunications Practice of management consultants PRTM. He is also a leader of the firm's Worldwide Integrated Strategy Practice. Mr. Wery has extensive experience working with wireless and wireline telecommunications service providers and equipment manufacturers, and networking and computer companies throughout the U.S. and Europe. He has assisted management teams at these organizations in formulating market entry strategies and implementing go-to-market plans that differentiate companies from their competition. Mr. Wery's expertise also includes product and service development, alliance development and management, and acquisition integration. He has led several topical PRTM webcasts, including "Will 3G Pay Back? Exploring the Business Issues Behind the Standards Debate with Qualcomm and Nokia," "Public Wireless LANs: Providing Mobility and Speed Where It Matters," and "WLAN - Where Do We Go From Here?" Mr. Wery is currently on the Board of Directors of Plantronics, Inc. (NYSE: PLT). Prior to joining PRTM, Mr. Wery headed the Telecommunications Practice and San Francisco office of the management consulting firm Adventis, Inc. (previously Renaissance Worldwide). Mr. Wery holds a Masters in engineering from the Solvay School in Brussels, Belgium and an MBA from the Indiana University Graduate School of Business. |
