Jan Eldenmalm is the founder and CEO of Amazingports, a leading PNO* in Europe. Eldenmalm's expertise in both computer sciences (BA in Stockholm University) and business administration (BA in Stockholm University) led him to lead the development of a - patent pending - technology introducing improved profitability in the wisp business. In 2002 Eldenmalm launched Amazingports first commercial tests, with the Swedish national operator TeliaSonera acting as a service operator.
Jan Eldenmalm previously held the positions as CTO of Speed Ventures, a European Venture Capital firm and CFO/CTO of United Spaces (managed office space) and has acquired many years of experience from senior management positions in different domains.
The access control service of Amazingports is an unmatched technology enabling users to access personalized services easily securely across network boundaries, through an integrated roaming platform. The company operates private (corporate), semi-private (for instance hotels) and public networks and will enter one of the major markets in Europe by the end of the year.
