The rent for exhibit space is $32.95 US per square foot and includes the following:
Exhibit Area
The exhibit area includes raw floor space, back and side wall draping (excluding island booths) and a 44"x7" identification sign.
The Exhibitor incurs all charges for changes, additions or
substitutions to the complimentary booth package. The
Exhibitor is responsible for all booth decoration, personnel,
electric, shipping, computer, telephone and other requirements.
Floor Exhibit Space is made available on a first come, first
served basis and no assurances or guarantees for specific
space can be given.
Wi-Fi Planet Conference Web Site Advertising
Exhibitor's company name and description will appear on the
exhibitor page of the Wi-Fi Planet 2003 Web Site. Thousands of
Internet industry professionals are expected to visit the conference
Web Site.
Wi-Fi Planet Conference Handbook Advertising
Exhibitor's company name and description will be featured in
the Company Listing section of the Wi-Fi Planet 2003 handbook, which
will be distributed to all conference attendees.
Conference Registration Passes For Exhibitor Personnel
The Exhibitor will receive two complimentary registration
passes per 100 sq. feet of floor space to Wi-Fi Planet for use by its personnel
and may not be transferred or re-sold in any manner.
Discounted Conference Registration Passes For Exhibitor's Customers and Additional Exhibit Personnel
The Exhibitor will be able to offer its customers and additional
exhibit personnel a discount of 50% off the regular conference
registration rate.
