Hotel Accommodations
Please note that the conference takes place during the "Oktoberfest", Munich's world famous beer festival, so accommodation is at a premium. We suggest you book early! We cannot guarantee availability after 1 August, 2003.
As an Wi-Fi Planet Europe conference participant, you may take advantage of the special discounted* nightly hotel rate of €170,00 for a single room or €190,00 for a double room (incl. breakfast), at the Forum Hotel Munich (the conference hotel).
Forum Hotel Munich is conveniently located and close to downtown with freeway access to the A8 and A9. With the S-Bahn-Station "Rosenheimer Platz" located right in the same building, you have a direct connection to the entire S-Bahn and U-Bahn rail network, including direct connections to the airport.
The city centre with Marienplatz and pedestrian zone is easy to reach - just a few minutes away. Across the street from the hotel is the Kulturzentrum (Cultural Centre) Gasteig with Munich's Philharmonic Orchestra, and the world-famous Deutsches Museum is only five minutes away.
