Prior to GRIC, Mr. Smart was Vice President and General Manager of a systems integrator specializing in custom applications for the telecommunications industry. He has also held a variety of marketing and sales management positions at TandemComputers and Digital Equipment Corp.
Mr. Smart earned his B.A. from San Diego State University, and an M.B.A. from St. Mary's College.
