| A native and resident of New Zealand, Terence Fleming is Director, Asia/Pacific for Bluesocket, Inc. -a private, global company headquartered in the US that builds products to secure and manage wireless 802.11 networks. Mr. Fleming has more than 20 years of international management experience, gained in the Information Technology, Petroleum, Petrochemical and Venture Capital industries. Prior to joining Bluesocket, he managed the Global Supply Chain for Methanex Corporation, the leader in methanol production and marketing. This is an extensive logistics network involving supply sites in Chile, New Zealand, North America and Europe, to supply customers worldwide. Efficient decision-making requires excellent systems, and Terence oversaw the implementation of a major ERP and Logistics management system that handles over US$ 1M of sales per day, as well as the procurement of US$ 90M of petrochemical tankers. Previously, Terence worked with 3i plc, a leading UK based Venture Capital organisation; Schlumberger, the oilfield services company; and IBM. |
