| Allen H. Kupetz is the Director of Sales and International Business Development for MeshNetworks, Inc., the firm that developed the revolutionary mobile broadband network architecture based on patented ad hoc peer-to-peer routing technology, allowing self-forming, self-healing, fully mobile wireless networks. Formerly, he served as the Telecommunications Policy Officer for the U.S. Embassy in Seoul from 1992-96. He has an MA in international relations from the University of Texas at Austin.
