| James Sia has over nine years of experience in the telecommunications and computer industry. His background has primarily been in sales, product management, and marketing for both the enterprise and service providers markets. James has spent the last four years focussing on the growth of Avaya's IP solutions business in Asia Pacific. As a part of the Regional Product team, James is accountable for Avaya's network solutions, primarily focused on convergence and IP solutions portfolios and the next generation of Avaya's products and services. In addition, James helps define key strategies that will allow Avaya to build on its success and continue to provide leading edge technologies for its customers around the Asia Pacific region.
