| David Vong is Chief Executive Officer of i100 Wireless (Hong Kong). He has been managing and investing in communications and infrastructure businesses throughout Greater China for 16 years. He is now leveraging that experience to drive i100 Wireless, one of the world's first GPRS-based MVNOs, in its endeavor to deliver leading global wireless data applications to consumers throughout the region. Before joining i100, David was CEO at Pollon Infrastructure Corporation, where he made the only foreign investment in a China Telecom provincial mobile operator. In 1999, he founded the overseas operations of the Chinese Ministry of Information Industry's largest Internet content business (21CN network), conducted through its Guangdong Posts and Telecommunications Authority, and was its first CEO outside China. Prior to Pollon, David was a New York attorney, including as Partner at Latham & Watkins. David graduated from The London School of Economics and Political Science of The University of London, and Yale Law School.
