The 802.11 Planet Premier Sponsorship includes the following:
10x20 foot Exhibit Area
The exhibit area is floor space only. The Premier Plus sponsor has the option to receive a complimentary booth package that includes:
- three (3) six foot tables
- six (6) chairs
- three (3) wastebaskets
- one (1) 44 inch x 7 inch table sign with company name
Note: The Premier Plus sponsor incurs all charges for changes, additions or substitutions to the complimentary booth package. The Premier Plus sponsor is responsible for all booth decoration, personnel, electric, shipping, computer, telephone, Internet connection and other requirements. Floor exhibit space is made available on a first come, first served basis and no assurances or guarantees for specific space can be given.
802.11 Planet Handbook Advertising
Premier Sponsor's company logo, URL and description will be
featured in the 802.11 Planet Conference Handbook. In addition, the Premier Sponsor will have the opportunity to provide us with artwork for a 2-sided, full page print advertisement in the Conference Handbook, which is distributed to all conference attendees.
On-site Marketing and Promotional Exposure
Premier Sponsor's company logo will be printed on the 802.11 Planet welcome banner and the general meeting room stage banner.
Premier Sponsor will also have the opportunity to insert a promotional item into the attendee bag.
Pre-Event Marketing Exposure
Premier Sponsor's company name will be mentioned in pre-show marketing materials.
Conference Registration Passes For Premier Sponsor's Personnel
Premier Sponsor will receive three complimentary registration passes
for 802.11 Planet for use by its personnel and may
not be transferred or re-sold in any manner.
Discounted Conference Registration Passes For Premier Sponsor's Customers and Additional Personnel
Premier Sponsor will be able to offer its customers and additional
personnel a discount of 25% off the regular conference
registration rate.
802.11 Planet Web Site Advertising
Premier Sponsor's company logo and description will appear on the
Premier Sponsor page of the 802.11 Planet Web Site. Thousands of Internet
industry professionals are expected to visit the conference Web
Site.
