Dhar brings to Mobility Networks over 10 years of wireless industry experience in a variety of sales, engineering, operational, marketing and management roles, including over eight years at Ericsson, Canada. From 1995 to 1997, Dhar was the Operations Manager for the Private Radio Systems (PRS) Division of Ericsson Canada where he led a group of 40 employees for the PRS Operations Division. Most recently, Dhar held management positions in the areas marketing and business development at Silicon Wireless, Inc. Dhar holds a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from McGill University, Montreal, Canada, and a Master's in Business Administration from York University, North York, Canada.
