Yaniv Garty has more than 15 years of experience in the field of communications. Prior to joining Envara Inc., a leading provider of WLAN 802.11 chipsets, Yaniv was the COO of SerCoNet, a Home Networking vendor. Until 2002, Yaniv served as the VP Marketing and Business Development of Optibase, a leading provider of video streaming systems. From 1994 to 1999, Yaniv held various marketing and business positions at Orckit Communications, one of the forerunners in the field of DSL chipsets and systems. Before joining Orckit Communications, Mr. Garty was associated with the Israeli Ministry of Defense for 6 years as an R&D engineer and Project Manager.
Mr. Garty holds a B.Sc.E.E. and an M.B.A. from the Tel Aviv University where he also held a lecturing position.
