In this role, Brewer oversees the technology division across all Fossil and licensed brands. He has been recognized for his recent achievements including the development of the Fossil Wrist PDA with Palm OS, a 2002 winner of “Best of Comdex”. In addition, the Kaleidoä color-changing technology has become one of Fossil’s most successful products, contributing significantly to the company’s annual watch sales.

Prior to joining Fossil in 2000, he served as Vice President of Engineering at BOIT, Inc., a display development and licensing technology company, which licensed several of Brewer’s patents to Fossil.

From 1997-1999, Brewer was a senior product manager at Epson America on the consumer product line of inkjet printers. He has authored several books on Internet software development on both the Microsoft and Netscape platforms.
