Andy Wigley is a Principal Technologist at U.K. technology company Content
Master, focusing on mobile technologies. He writes books and articles on
developing mobility software and is an expert on writing mobility
applications using the Microsoft .NET Framework. He is a frequent speaker at
conferences, presenting on applications of mobile technology, including
co-presenting at Microsoft events.
He has been involved in software engineering for nearly 20 years, a
significant part of that time at Digital Equipment Corporation, working on
projects as diverse as high-performance messaging, electronic document
exchange, computer integrated manufacturing and laboratory robotics.
He is the co-author (with Peter Roxburgh) of Building .NET Applications for
Mobile Devices (Microsoft Press), and is lead author of the forthcoming .NET
Compact Framework Developer's Reference (Microsoft Press).
