Mr. Frison brings over 30 years of experience in the high-technology industry to his role at DivXNetworks, where he oversees engineering and operational activities. Prior to joining DivXNetworks, Mr. Frison most recently served as President and Chief Operating Officer of CenterSpan Communications, where he was responsible for building a high-performance executive team and organization, creating the product vision and roadmap, guiding the acquisition of Scour.com, and assisted in raising over $20 MM of investment capital. Prior to CenterSpan, he served as Vice President of Engineering at nCUBE Corporation, where he was responsible for all aspects of development including Hardware Engineering, Operating Systems, Silicon Development, Technical Publications, Languages and Tools, Diagnostics, Integration, Application Development and Quality Assurance. Mr. Frison has also served in executive and management positions at CBSI (Complete Business Solutions, Inc.), Now Software, Intel Corporation, Rational Software Corporation, and others.
Mr. Frison obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics/Computer Science from Portland State University.
