Mr. Jamel has been the creator and owner of three successful companies over the past fifteen years. His first company, MSI, produced a sophisticated software automation package for the apparel industry. This package became the industry standard with over seven hundred accounts including the largest names in the apparel industry and is still in use today. The second company BIZO, Inc. focused on Mitchell's apparel industry domain expertise with the import and export of Active Lifestyle Footwear. Mitchell is credited with the "lifestyle" line development and its three-year running fad. The third company, 33 West, Inc. has ridden the Internet and web technology wave with enormous success. It is through this company that Mitchell conceived of the Digital Rights' Management System discussed in this plan. Overall Mitchell is a respected software engineer and business innovator.
