Marc Fetscherin studied finance and marketing at the University of Lausanne (HEC) and holds a Masters degree in IT and Strategy from the London School of Economics (LSE). He worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company where he got specialized in telecommunication and e-commerce. He has finished his PhD
at the University of Bern with a stay also at the University of California at Berkeley at the School of Information Management and Systems (SIMS). Currently he is a fellow researcher at Harvard University at the Center for Business and Government. His research focuses on E-commerce, Digital Content, Piracy, and Digital Rights Management. He has published several articles in leading journals, as well as multiple conference procedings and book sections and newspaper articles.
