As Director of Sales & Marketing at ContentGuard, Inc., Rajan is responsible for ContentGuard's PR and marketing communications efforts. In addition, he leads ContentGuard's strategy, client engagements and patent licensing in the Media and Entertainment market.

Before ContentGuard, Rajan was a founder and CEO of TheDealerNetwork, Inc., a B-2-B exchange in the personal computer industry. Prior to that he was VP of Sales & Marketing at REAL Software Systems, the leading application software vendor dealing with business rights and royalties in the entertainment, media, publishing and software markets. Rajan has a BA in Economics from UCLA.

Rajan's prior speaking engagements include either speaking or moderating at: Digital Hollywood, Streaming Media, Gilbane Conference, Harvard Business School Cyberposium and Seybold Seminars. Rajan is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Jupiter DRM Strategies Conference.
