Jason White is a partner with the Chicago-based intellectual property law firm Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione. He joined Brinks in 1996, and during his time with the firm, his practice has focused primarily on patent litigation. He has successfully litigated cases involving patents directed to a wide range of technologies, including DRM and internet/ecommerce. He also has extensive experience negotiating and drafting license agreements involving these same technologies. In addition, he has experience in drafting and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patent applications in computer, electronics, and telecommunications arts. Mr. White graduated cum laude from the University of Dayton's Law and Technology Program, and he holds a B.S. in electrical and computer engineering with a minor in mathematics from Marquette University.
