| Scott Clark is a Systems Engineer with 10 years’ experience in a variety of UNIX and open system platforms. Currently he is Director of Systems Engineering, responsible for a team managing a variety of UNIX-based platforms in Sitel call centers worldwide. Past work experience in the call center industry includes system administration duties for the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta, , and managing the call center and ticketing platforms for Silver Dollar City, Inc. and its subsidiaries across the United States. Starting with Slackware in 1995, he began implementing Linux-based servers in a variety of call center applications and promoting Linux as a stable, cost-effective alternative to more expensive server alternatives. |
