| David Niemi has many years of experience working with various Unix implementations and with Linux as a developer and network engineer. He worked for seven years as a principal network engineer for Sallie Mae, the education loan provider, where he led the design and implementation of several successful applications using Internet technologies and Linux. He supports certain Linux projects as a developer and is the organizer and administrator of Tux.Org Inc. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. Adeptech is an IT service firm focused on information assurance and network architecture. |
