| Mr. Zucker is a partner at Gadsby Hannah LLP, located in Boston, MA, a senior consultant for the Cutter Consortium on legal issues relating to Information Technology, a member of the American Arbitration Association’s National Technology Panel, and a member of the CPR Institute’s working group on IT partnering and conflict management. Bill Zucker has also served on the faculty of Norwich University where he has taught the intellectual property aspects of computer security. In his law practice, Bill counsels clients concerning supply relationships, outsourcing, licensing, technology transfers, asset transfers, and intellectual property matters. His practice focuses on negotiation/litigation of business transactions, outsourcing/ebusiness and technology/intellectual property. He has authored or co-authored a number of publications including: “The Legal Framework for Protecting Intellectual Property in the Field of Computing and Computer Software” written for the Computer Security Handbook, 4th Edition, being published by John J. Wiley and co-authored with Scott Nathan;” “IT Litigation Strategies,” “Outsourcing Do’s and Don’ts,” “Negotiating the Outsourcing Relationship,” “Moving Beyond Traditional Dispute Resolution,” “Procurement Dialogues” and “UCITA—Don’t Fence Me In.” Bill is a graduate of Yale University and Harvard Law School.
