Bill Boese Sr. Product Manager Oracle Corporation
In his position with the Oracle Linux Program Office, Bill Boese works with Oracle's enterprise customers to help them implement a low-cost computing infrastructure based on Linux. Bill's group is responsible for Oracle's strategic direction and execution on Linux across the entire product suite.
Bill joined Oracle in 1999. Before his current position in the Linux Program Office, he worked in Oracle's Premium Support Organization, with a focus on customer implementations of the Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle9i Real Application Clusters on Linux. Prior to Oracle, Bill worked as a Database Administrator and Software Engineer with The BOC Group and KPMG.
Bill holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Rutgers University and reside in New Jersey with his wife and two children.
