The Platinum Sponsorship Program provides your company with a comprehensive strategic and tactical integrated sales and marketing program that includes all

PRE-EVENT:
- National Advertising: Your corporate logo displayed on all advertisements and marketing collateral used to promote the conference (reach over 400,000 Business and IT professionals nationwide).
- Internet Advertising: Your corporate banner ad displayed on the conference Web site and your company’s logo and 50-word mission statement will appear on the sponsor Web page with a hot-link back to your Web site.
- E-Mail Blast to the Pre-Registered Attendees: Jupitermedia will execute an email blast to the pre-registered attendees one week prior to the event.
- Client/Prospect Discount: Jupitermedia will offer a 50% discount in your name to your client/prospects to attend the event. Jupitermedia will assume the cost of developing an HTML page that you can e-mail to your clients/prospects promoting you as a sponsor of the event, listing any sessions or special events your company is involved in during the conference.
- VIP Conference Passes (10): Receive 5 full conference passes for your executive staff and 5 full conference passes for your top customers and prospects to attend the conference.
- Pre-Registered Press List: Receive a pre-registered list of leading members of the press and analyst community that will be attending the event (names only).
- Press Releases: Your company name will be included in all press releases.
DURING EVENT:
- Executive Speaker: One of your corporate executives or customers will participate in a 50-minute session during the main conference program (customer case/user study is optional).
- Exhibit Space: Receive 10’X20’ exhibit space on the expo floor.
- Conference Handbook Advertising: Receive your logo on the cover of the conference handbook and 3 pages of corporate literature in the conference handbook with distribution to all conference attendees.
- Show Guide Advertising: Your corporate logo displayed within the show guide.
- Corporate Banner: Receive a banner displayed in the keynote room or other highly visible area.
- 10% Discount off any Additional Marketing and Promotional Opportunities (see page 19 of prospectus).
POST EVENT:
- One Time Access to Attendee Postal List: Mail your company’s sales and marketing piece to all conference attendees on an one time basis via a third party mail house.
- E-Mail Blast: In addition to a one time mailing to the attendee e-mail list, you will also receive a one-time e-mail blast to the registered attendees who agree to have e-mails sent to them.
