| Michael Mayor is a 17 year veteran of direct marketing and a recognized visionary on email marketing. He joined PostMasterDirect's parent company,NetCreations, as one of its first employees in 1998, and has since pioneered many of the email marketing industry's testing tools and best practices. Prior to joining NetCreations, Michael spent 12 years in various roles at Hearst Magazines. His responsibilities ranged from circulation to ad sales and direct response. In 1995, when Hearst put its publications online, Mr. Mayor led the direct marketing initiatives. Under his leadership, Hearst was the first to sell magazine subscriptions on the Internet and pioneered the use of email to renew subscriptions online. Michael is a Board Member of the Interactive Advertising Bureau and an active member of the Direct Marketing Association. |
