| Anna has helped build leading print and Internet brands. Fast Company recently profiled her as an "Internet pioneer - and formally one of the brightest high-tech journalists in the business." A veteran in the Internet space, serving as a founding executive at two startups and helping a third complete a successful IPO. As President and CEO of Topica, Anna manages the day-to-day operations of the company, including the marketing and development of its rapidly growing email content offerings. Most recently, she was Senior Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships at Women.com. There, she was responsible for managing Women.com's marketing and e-commerce activities as well as its distribution and content partnership programs. Prior to that, Anna was President and COO of SmartAge, where she worked to position the company as the leader in services for web-based businesses, and before that Senior Vice President of Advertising Sales and Affiliate Relationships at PointCast. Anna previously worked in the print media and held editor and publisher positions at both Ziff Davis Publishing and CMP Publishing. Anna holds Bachelors and Masters degrees, both in communications arts, from the University of Wisconsin. |
