Jeanne Jennings is an independent consultant with over 12 years of experience in Online, Internet and e-mail; she specializes in helping businesses develop an effective and profitable online presence. Areas of expertise include strategy, product development, information/website architecture and marketing.
As an e-mail marketing professional, Jeanne has developed more than 100 e-mail newsletters, and numerous e-mail marketing campaigns and renewal series. She's also lead product teams in developing websites, both paid and free. Jeanne's approach stresses revenue generation and ROI (return on investment) over impressions, opens and clicks.
Jeanne has worked with both large and small organizations, including Cahners Business Information (now Reed Business Information), CompuServe, KCI Communications, Newsletters.com, Alter Communications and Congressional Quarterly.
In addition to consulting, Jeanne is a columnist for ClickZ.com, writes articles for print publications and speaks at industry events on a regular basis. She also publishes The Jennings Report, an e-mail newsletter containing market research, articles and other resources for e-mail marketing professionals.
After graduating from Dickinson College, Bachelor's degree with a double major in economics and political science, Jeanne went to Georgetown University (Washington, DC) and earned her MBA with a concentration in marketing.
