Meryl has been an interface design consultant since the early 1980s. She has designed consumer and enterprise applications for clients including United Airlines, AT&T,McKinsey, Citibank, UPS, Prodigy, Jupiter Communications and Morgan Stanley. Meryl is a specialist in improving the usability of interactive products and services on any platform, including the Web, wireless devices, Windows, interactive telephones and emerging devices. She was formerly a vice president and creative director in Citibank’s development group.
