After October 25th you may register onsite at the World Trade Center, during the registration hours listed below. When you arrive onsite please proceed to the registration area located on the Boulevard Level.

PAYMENT TERMS
Registration rates are effective on the date that the payment is made. Early bird payments must be received by October 10, 2002 to qualify for the discount. Entrance into the conference will not be allowed unless full payment has been received.
CANCELLATIONS AND SUBSTITUTIONS
If you must cancel for any reason, you must notify us in writing by September 30, 2002 for a refund. Your registration will be refunded less $100 processing fee. No refunds will be given after September 30, 2002.
You may transfer your registration to another person at any time by providing written authorization. Please e-mail authorization to registration@jupitermedia.com.
