The Continental Breakfast and Morning Break Sponsor will receive a distribution area on the catering display in the exhibit area to distribute promotional materials (no pens, notepads or lanyards) during the continental breakfast and again at the morning refreshment break. We will provide an Instant Messaging Planet 2003 Conference & Expo Banner with the Continental Breakfast and Morning Break Sponsor's logo. In addition, the Sponsor will have the opportunity to bring company-printed napkins, coffee stirrers, standard size coffee mugs, sports bottles or any other promotional item to be distributed on the catering tables.
8x10 foot Exhibit Area
The exhibit area is floor space only. The Continental Breakfast and Morning Break Sponsor has the option to receive a complimentary booth package to include:
- six foot table
- two chairs
- one wastebasket
- 44 inch x 7 inch table sign with company name
The Continental Breakfast and Morning Break Sponsor incurs all charges for changes, additions or substitutions to the complimentary booth package. The Continental Breakfast and Morning Break Sponsor is responsible for all booth decoration, personnel, electric, shipping, computer, telephone and other requirements. Floor Exhibit Space is made available on a first come, first served basis and no assurances or guarantees for specific space can be given.

Continental Breakfast and Morning Break Sponsor's company logo will appear on the agenda page of the Instant Messaging Planet 2003 Conference & Expo Web Site, with a link to the sponsor's site. Thousands of Internet industry professionals are expected to visit the seminar Web Site.
Seminar Registration Passes For Continental Breakfast and Morning Break Sponsor's Personnel
Continental Breakfast and Morning Break Sponsor will receive three complimentary registration passes to the Instant Messaging Planet 2003 Conference & Expo for use by its personnel and may not be transferred or re-sold in any manner.

Continental Breakfast and Morning Break Sponsor will be able to offer its customers and additional exhibit personnel a discount of 50% off the regular seminar registration rate.
