The exhibit area is floor space only. The Exhibitor has the option to receive a complimentary booth package to include:
- six foot table
- two chairs
- one wastebasket
- 44 inch x 7 inch table sign with company name
The Exhibitor incurs all charges for changes, additions or substitutions to the complimentary booth package. The Exhibitor is responsible for all booth decoration, personnel, electric, shipping, computer, telephone and other requirements. Floor Exhibit Space is made available on a first come, first served basis and no assurances or guarantees for specific space can be given.

Exhibitor's company name and description will appear on the exhibitor page of the Instant Messaging Planet 2003 Conference & Expo Web Site. Thousands of Internet industry professionals are expected to visit the seminar Web Site.

Exhibitor's company name and description will be featured in the Company Listing section of the Instant Messaging Planet 2003 Conference & Expo handbook, which will be distributed to all seminar attendees.
Seminar Registration Passes For Exhibitor Personnel
The Exhibitor will receive two complimentary registration passes to the Instant Messaging Planet 2003 Conference & Expo for use by its personnel and may not be transferred or re-sold in any manner.
Discounted Seminar Registration Passes For Exhibitor's Customers and Additional Exhibit Personnel
