Edmund J. Fish is Senior Vice President and General Manager of Desktop Messaging at America Online, Inc. He is directly responsible for a full range of messaging related products across AOL's Instant Messenger and ICQ brands. Mr. Fish joined AOL in 2002 as Senior Vice President of New Revenue, where he managed business planning concerning new revenue opportunities both for the flagship AOL service and its popular web brands.

Before joining AOL, Mr. Fish was a Director and a President of InterTrust Technologies Corporation, the pioneering Digital Rights Management and trusted computing technology company. At InterTrust since the Company's early research phase, Mr. Fish at various times created or led the Company's Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Legal, Research Labs, and Product Development & Support organizations.

Mr. Fish also previously practiced law in the Silicon Valley, Washington, DC, and New York offices of Weil, Gotshal & Manges, one of the nation's largest law firms, where he specialized in high-tech and intellectual property law.
