As Director of Product Strategy for Yahoo! Enterprise Solutions, Ken Hickman is charged with developing enterprise-class communication and collaboration products and services derived from popular Yahoo! consumer offerings. During his two years with Yahoo! Enterprise Solutions, Hickman has led advancements in Yahoo!'s Portal Solutions offering, My Yahoo! Enterprise Edition, and the entry of Yahoo! Messenger Enterprise Edition into the corporate messaging marketplace.
Prior to joining Yahoo!, Hickman held senior product development positions at Shutterfly Inc. and Netscape Communications Inc. In these positions, he helped architect backend platforms for OEM use and directed key product developments to make product platforms extensible to customers and partners. Hickman holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics form the University of California, Santa Barbara.
