Mr. Jones oversees Userplane's application and business strategy, focusing on the future of live communications through the development of web apps. Over the past two years, Userplane has become recognized as a leading web-based application developer, in large part due to the success of their web-based Audio / Video Instant Communicator. Michael was one of the primary team members in the design and development of the Instant Communicator and remains the primary manager of the application and its deployments. Michael was a keynote speaker at the 2003 OFFF conference in Barcelona Spain, a featured presenter at Flash Forward, and is involved as an advisor to a number of growing web communities. Prior to founding Userplane, Michael was CEO of PBJ Digital, a national web development agency with clients ranging from Disney to Boeing. Michael earned his Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Oregon.
