The exhibit area is floor space only. The Lunch and Afternoon Break Sponsor has the option to receive a complimentary booth package to include:
- six foot table
- two chairs
- one wastebasket
- 44 inch x 7 inch table sign with company name
The Lunch and Afternoon Break Sponsor incurs all charges for changes, additions or substitutions to the complimentary booth package. The Lunch and Afternoon Break Sponsor is responsible for all booth decoration, personnel, electric, shipping, computer, telephone and other requirements. Floor Exhibit Space is made available on a first come, first served basis and no assurances or guarantees for specific space can be given.
