Kim Macfarlan Senior Vice President Bank of America
Kim Macfarlan serves as Senior Vice President with Bank of America. In this capacity, she is responsible for the Bank's Instant Messaging and Knowledge-Sharing environment. Her duties include oversight of current
projects on behalf of the Bank involving internal and external IM security. To that end, she has reviewed, and is familiar with, numerous IM security products.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Macfarlan was responsible for managing the design and deployment for Exchange 2000 at the Bank. She also managed the Bank's Lotus Notes/Domino deployment team.
Ms. Macfarlan received her B.S. degree in Biology from East Carolina University, and earned an M.S. Degree in Industrial Management from Clemson University.
