At Lehman Brothers, Navin has led the systems integration effort to integrate an internally developed portal based virtual private networking technology, Tocket, into the core Portal Framework of the Firm. This technology was a critical component of the Firm's disaster recovery efforts after the incidents of 9/11.

He also led the architectural efforts around the development of a knowledge management strategy for the Firm. This included looking at traditional collaboration facilities such as discussion boards, workflow, tasks, calendaring as well as real-time collaboration such as Instant Messaging, Chat and Desktop Video Conferencing.

In addition he led the architectural efforts around the deployment of streaming media solutions throughout the Firm. This included defining a global strategy for deploying multi-media content including RealMedia and live television feeds via IPTv. This effort also included working with global content distribution networks such as Akamai to effectively deploy content for both employees as well as clients.
