Bob Serr serves as the Chief Technology Officer with responsibility for all aspects of development and support of Parlano's products. Serr brings to Parlano 10 years of experience building robust, scalable systems using a variety of technologies. He is a leader in employing advanced development methodologies to deliver effective and pragmatic software solutions.

Prior to joining Parlano, Serr was a co-founder and CEO of the Internet company Experio. Among his achievements at Experio were several distributed, transactional systems for multinational financial and media companies. Serr has also held a variety of technology consulting positions with The Revere Group and PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and research and development positions at Anderson Consulting and Geospectra Corporation.

Serr holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master of Management degree from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
