With nearly a decade of technology company management experience, Matthew Smith currently oversees LiveOffice's day-to-day operations. In this role, Smith provides strategic leadership, direction, support and assistance across the company's product lines and plays a key role in product development and marketing. Among his many achievements since co-founding the company, Smith has been instrumental in bringing the company's LiveSiteManager product, which uses instant messaging technology to connect buyers and sellers in real-time, to the marketplace.

Smith has participated as a speaker at several industry events and is an expert on topics including online sales and customer support, instant messaging as a sales and marketing tool, human resources management as well as NASD/NYSE/SEC compliance issues related to Internet technologies. In addition, he is well versed on the practical applications of collaborative Internet technologies within organizations.

A graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Smith holds a B.A. degree in Psychology with a Business Emphasis.
