Vera Davison is director of operations and customer satisfaction for ZANTAZ, Inc., a leading provider of digital archiving and information management solutions that meet the regulatory and legal compliance needs of corporations. With more than 15 years of experience in IT operations and customer support services, Vera was instrumental in building the ZANTAZ Data Centers. She works closely with the company's engineering and sales teams to ensure flawless customer service and support. Prior to joining ZANTAZ, Vera was IT manager at Auspex systems, a high volume storage manufacturer, where she managed helpdesk operations and Unix groups. She has also held technical and IT support positions at Raytheon Semiconductor and with the US Government.
