Mr. Aden has 27 years of management experience in the technology industry, during which time he has seen two companies through their IPO and one to acquisition. Prior to joining Banter, Mr. Aden was president and CEO of ICVerify, Inc., a leader in payment transactions solutions software for traditional and Internet markets, which he successfully built and positioned for sale to Cybercash in his two-and-a-half-year tenure. Mr. Aden also established the International division for Verifone, expanding it into 72 countries and growing it from inception to $65.3 million. Previous to Verifone, Thomas spent ten years with NBI, a world leader in word processing and office automation systems, where he rose to VP and managing director of European Operations. Mr. Aden earned his B.S. from MIT in Management Science with a focus on Operations Research. Mr. Aden has spoken at a wide variety of shows, exhibitions and conferences, most recently at FTVentures Annual Partner Conference at Pebble Beach.
