Marc F. Hayes, Jr. Associate Partner, Accenture
Marc Hayes, an Associate Partner with Accenture, directs the Accenture
efforts in the emerging messaging areas. Mr. Hayes led the development of
the Interactive Messaging Service, a fully-functional solution for building
and deploying business applications that operate in many commercially
available messaging networks including consumer and enterprise instant
messaging networks. Previously Mr. Hayes directed the electronic Customer
Relationship Management (eCRM) Practice for Accenture.
Mr. Hayes consults with numerous clients in a variety of industries on
harnessing the messaging and eCRM revolution for competitive advantage. Mr.
Hayes is a respected authority in several technology areas including:
instant messaging, ubiquitous computing, wireless CRM, electronic commerce,
large-scale solutions development, and enterprise technical architectures.
He frequently presents to a variety of business and academic audiences and
has contributed to numerous publications on these topics.
Mr. Hayes has over 16 years experience working with clients in a variety of
industries including telecommunications, airlines, chemicals, state and
federal government, insurance, consumer packaged goods, and high tech
manufacturing to improve business operations. Mr. Hayes has deep expertise
in the development and deployment of innovative technology solutions to
address complex business problems.
Mr. Hayes is a frequent contributor and faculty member at Accentureâs Center
for Professional Education. Mr. Hayes received a Bachelor of Science degree
in Computer Science from Clemson University.
