Matt Smith

Matt Smith is founder and CEO of PresenceWorks, which enables companies to
embed presence and instant messaging functionality from AOL, MSN, Yahoo and
ICQ into pre-existing business software. Matt previously was founder of
Oakleaf Interactive Multimedia in New York, which specialized in providing high-speed, high-quality business multi-media
services. He also started InstantWork.com, the first Web site where people
could see which freelance workers are online and available right now via instant
messaging. Matt earned his B.S. in finance from the Wharton School at the
University of Pennsylvania in 1988.
